Nosiola IGT Vallagarina Spagnolli: taste full, dry and pleasantly fresh. Bouquet delicately fruity with hints of hazelnut. Colour straw yellow with distinct greenish tinges. Production area is the vineyards situated in Vallagarina at 400 metres above sea level, clay soil and very rich in corse skeleton. White-wine fermentation, grapes are crushed gently and fermentation at controlled temperature. Maturation in steel inox tanks. Alcoholic content 12,45 %.
