Produced using the traditional method with a second fermentation in the bottle, Pedrotti makes this wine in limited quantities using Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes grown on the highest, sunniest hilltop vineyards of Trentino. Thirty long months of ageing on the lees are required to make TRENTODOC Rosé by Casa Pedrotti. It is produced with the traditional method, abiding by the regulations of TRENTODOC. Fine and persistent perlage, pale pink color. The fine flavor is crowned by a fresh elegance that is truly unforgettable.
