Produced by the chef Alessio Brusadin, all jams are handcrafted in small quantities and totally free from preservatives, colorings or gelling agents. Depending on your tastes are perfect for breakfast, for afternoon snacks and for the preparations of sweets and cakes. They are also delicious mixed with natural yoghurt for a healthy breakfast or snack.
Variant of my raspberry jam without seeds making it super smooth, creamy and enhances the taste of raspberry.

Ingredients: Raspberry, caster sugar and lemon juice.
