Our Selezione Cutrera extra virgin olive oil is produced from some of the best Sicilian cultivars: Moresca, Biancolilla, Nocellara, Cerasuola and Tonda Iblea, coming from young olive groves in Sicilian hilly and flat territories close to the Mediterranean Sea.

Selezione Cutrera is a full-bodied and intense oil, with a perfect balance of spiciness and bitterness. It is excellent on marinated fish, mushrooms, salads, soups and delicate grilled red meats. But it can also be used in cooking for the preparation of any recipe of Mediterranean cuisine.
