Intense ruby red color. Very strong fruity, wine fragrance with taste of red fruit, morello cherry and spices jam. Dry, full, savoury, balanced and harmonic taste.
WINEMAKING: Soft pressing and most fermentation in contact for 15 days with peels at temperatures of 30°C with frequent grape pressing, through the cap submerged into the fermentation tank.
FERMENTATION: Permanency in 16-hl oak barrels for around 6 months.
DURATION: Exquisite wine to lay down.
FOOD MATCH: It comes well with dry soups, meat dressings, vegetable soups, white and red tasty meats, mild aged cheeses.
Serving temperature: 16° – 18°C.
