Strong ruby red color. Varied and intense undergrowth fragrance,mulberry, blueberry, currants, vanilla and tobacco emphasized with the fermentation in oak bottles. Full, warm, round taste with a strong aromatic persistence.
WINEMAKING:Soft pressing and most fermentation in contact for 15 days with peels at temperatures of 30°C with frequent grape pressing.
FERMENTATION: In barrique for 12 months, in bottles for 12 months.
DURATION: Exquisite wine to lay down.
FOOD MATCH: It combines nicely with red tasty and spiced meats, shin, roast, game and aged cheeses.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18° – 20° C.
