Ondonelle al Lagrein Eggerhof 330 gr

The egg noddle “Ondonelle” with Lagrein red wine by Maso Eggerhof in South Tirol, are produced with high quality eggs from free-land chicken. The production takes place with genetic-free hard wheat semolina. We consciously and purposely renounce of dye materials, preservatives and the addition of water. The Ondonelle are placed gently to dry for an exceptionally long time.

Ingredients: hard wheat semolina, fresh eggs, 6% Lagrein red wine.
