Production area is the vineyards situated in Vallagarina at 400 metres above sea level, clay soil and very rich in corse skeleton. White-wine fermentation, grapes are crushed gently and fermentation at controlled temperature. Maturation in steel inox tanks. Alcoholic content 12,45 %.
