VINIFICATION: Delicate crushing after a short period of contact with the skins, controlledtemperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks, no malolactic fermentation, 7 months of lying on fine lees

CHARACTERISTICS: Colour from greenish to straw yellow Nose fruity and aromatic, with character and marked elegance, peach scents Taste dry, full and lively texture, spiced, with a muscat note

AGEING CAPACITY: 6 – 8 years

MATCHINGS: light appetizers, cold meats, egg or mushroom dishes, poached freshwater fish and shellfish,excellent as an aperitif

SERVE AT: 10° – 12°
