With the GRAEF Baronessa coffee machine, the perfect cappuccino is now even more immediate to make. This model can make espresso and milk froth at the same time without long heating times thanks to the double pump system with two separate heating circuits. The pressure gauge always shows the current water pressure during preparation. To ensure that the espresso and the crema are perfect, the “Baronessa” uses the Pre-Infusion technology: through it, the coffee powder is moistened before the actual extraction.
The control panel can be used to set both the water temperature (PID control) for making espresso coffee and the humidity of the steam. In addition, the volume for the cup can be adjusted for one or two cups of espresso.
The “Baronessa” has 3 descaling programs for the dispenser and the steam or hot water wand. Also included is a programmable descaling reminder after the consumption of 12, 25 or 50 liters of water.
