The raisin is immersed for four days in the marvellous late harvest San Martim di Grigoletti sweet wine (Nomi – Trentino). The result is a unique Panettone cake as regards softness, fragrance and tastes. Without artificial aromas. Precious cardboard gift box. Produced in limited series.
