Mixed flower mountain honey: not a selection based on the period of production or blooming, but a true gift of nature, made in the place and at the time of location of the hives. Our mixed flower mountain honey is usually of good quality with a classic flavour. The colour varies from medium-pale to dark. Crystallisation takes place relatively quickly, and lightens the initial colour. Medium-bodied and delicate in fragrance. Pure, sweet flavour, never cloying or aggressive, with reasonably lingering aftertaste.
