Description
Pedron Caffè coffee roaster was founded in Padova in 2004, built upon the passion of more than 20 years dedicated experience of its founder: Massimo Pedron. Pedron Caffè blends are characterized by the use of the finest green coffee origins coming from the most renowned plantations. We import, directly from plantations, coffees with the best characteristics and artisan roast them in our company, fully respecting the environment. We only use handpicked coffee cherries, slowly matured and harvested in the shadow between 1100 and 2000 metres above sea level. With a stronger temperature difference between day and night the cherries ripen slowly ensuring a sweeter and more complex cup. Our supplies are Rainforest Alliance and UTZ certified, respecting fully their envoronment.
Pedron Deca is a delicate blend for those who love the unmistakable aroma of coffee and are not willing to settle for anything less. Our decaffeinated coffee is obtained through a water process that leaves no chemical residues like most decaffeinated coffees on the market, which are made with dichloromethane.
