The pink highlights of its bubbles in your flute will accompany an entire banquet.<\/p>\n<div class=\"col-md-6 col-xs-12\">\n<p class=\"text-xs-center text-md-left mb-2\">COLOUR AND PERLAGE: Elegant old rose hue and a persistent perlage.<\/p>\n<p>NOSE: A delicate fragrance with hints of yeast, deriving from more than 30 months\u2019 ageing in bottle, and the sensations of berries that are typical of Pinot Noir.<\/p>\n<p>TASTE: A succulent mellowness, rich tanginess and intriguing vinosity; the notes of raspberry, wild strawberry and violets are accompanied by hints of brioche on the finish.<\/p>\n<p>DENOMINATION: TrentoDoc<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"col-md-6 col-xs-12\">\n<p class=\"text-xs-center text-md-left mb-2\">GRAPES: 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, picked by hand in the first part of September.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-xs-center text-md-left mb-2\">LENGHT OF AGEING: Over 30 months on the yeasts, selected from among our own strains.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-xs-center text-md-left mb-2\">PRODUCTION ZONE: Vineyards on the slopes of the mountains of Trentino at 300-600 metres above sea level with south-eastern and southwestern exposures.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-xs-center text-md-left mb-2\">ALCOHOL LEVEL: 12.5% vol.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-xs-center text-md-left mb-2\">APPEARANCE: Elegant, old rose pink.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-xs-center text-md-left mb-2\">NOSE: Broad and complex, with notes of citrus, berry fruits and peach.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-xs-center text-md-left mb-2\">PALATE: Rich and mouth-filling, with a remarkably long finish characterised by delicate yeasty hints.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The guest of honour at the banquet.
