Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.G.I. Fontanara Selection Reserve 6 is the result of a careful selection of balsamic vinegar, characterized by the aromatic flavor, fresh and sweetly acid. Certified by CSQA and comply with the P.G.I. specification, it is a highest quality vinegar.
Production: must cooking on low heat in boilers. Slow alcoholic fermentation of must and subsequent acidification by addition of natural wine vinegar in oak barrels. It does not contain caramel.
Raw materials: grape must from Trebbiano and Lambrusco wine vinegar.
Sensory Profile: color brown, odor fresh, taste aromatic and sweetly acid.
Use: its moderate density makes it particularly suitable for salads and grilled vegetables, but also to prepare special sauces.
