Amanda <\/strong><\/em>is an innovative \u201cPASTA\u201d made of 100% legume flour not steamed, not blend but unique variety, without durum wheat semolina, without colorants, additives, thickener, emulsifier, stabiliser or texturing agents.<\/p>\n

Production method<\/strong>:\u00a0Legume pasta is produced with our particular process that requires slow actions to respect the raw materials and the product. This is our method: we choose the legumes, we grind legumes, we mix the flour with water or egg and we trasform pasta with traditional draw bronze. Legume pasta is pasteurized and dried at low temperature for 48 hours.<\/p>\n

Cooking:\u00a0<\/strong>5 minutes to have pasta rich in protein and fiber, a fatty and cholesterol-free food, few carbohydrates and sugar. Bring the water to a boil, add a teaspoon of oil and cook on a low heat in plenty of water, drip and saut\u00e9ed with your favorite dressing. You will feel aromas and flavors of legumes.<\/p>\n
