As “Azienda Agricola Tre Masi“, for thirty years we have been growing our fruit in Valsugana, a valley in Trentino at the foot of the Dolomites, characterized by an ideal climate for the growth of strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and blueberries.

The cultivation managed with an integrated and environmentally friendly method allows us to offer you fresh products, not only with intense scents and flavors, but also rich in antioxidant and purifying qualities. Fresh fruit harvested by hand to respect the integrity and quality of the product is processed and processed for the production of fruit preserves and juices.

The method of production of compotes is the classic one of our grandmothers: we carefully select and clean the fruit, we transform it into compote with the addition of sugar and pectin, natural thickener of apples. In this way we obtain a product of old tradition, which enhances the taste and smell of freshly picked fruit, rich in substances useful for the well-being of our body. The compotes are ideal as a breakfast or snack, spread on bread,, “whitened”; with malga butter, but can also be used as a filling or cakes or homemade tarts.
The compotes contain 70% fruit.
