The Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Organic Farming Fontanara is exclusively made from a blend of olives produced from organic farming, without the use of herbicides or pesticides and in full respect of the environment. To be eligible for the claim “Product obtained from organic farming” it is necessary that all operators involved are made subject to a control system. Fontanara Srl is certified by SIDELcab (Organic agricolture certification) referred to Regulation 834/07 and to Reg. 889/08, following a strict disciplinary.
