La San Marco 20/20 Classic is a machine that offers clear, simple functions. In line with all the electronic models in the collection, 20/20 Classic uses a practical, ergonomic keypad with five backlit rapid-response buttons, which can be used to manage and set three different delivery quantities for the new hot water diffuser with its particularly steady jet.
The keypads can also be used to adjust the pre-infusion settings (essential in order to maintain top-quality espresso in every cup), to start the purge cycle and to check the counters. The water level in the boiler is regulated automatically, and an electronic alarm notifies the user when the water gets too low.
