Isaras Bianco Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT Cantina Valle Isarco: cuvée obtained from selected grapes among the most typical of the Valle Isarco: Müller Thurgau, Sylvaner and Kerner . With its fresh, fruity and intense character the wine reflects the entire territory of the Valle Isarco. Because of its minerality and liveliness it is an excellent aperitif; it also goes well with first courses, fish and white meats.

VINIFICATION: Delicate processing and crushing, controlled-temperature fermentation and ageing on fine lees in stainless steel tanks, no malolactic fermentation

CHARACTERISTICS: Colour pale lemon yellow Nose intensive, fruity-floral with scents of grapefruit, apple, apricot and elderflower Taste dry with fresh and vivacious acidity, tropical fruits, mineral finish

AGEING CAPACITY: 2 – 3 years

MATCHINGS: excellent as an aperitif, with appetizers, light first courses, grilled fish

SERVE AT: 8° – 10°
