Pinot Nero Ros\u00e9 has a light cherry red colour. The fresh and fruity bouquet opens with notes of red berries, cherries and raspberries, to end on herbal notes and a hint of cocoa. On the palate it amazes with its fresh acidity, long sapidity and inviting, refreshing finale. After destemming, the grapes are pressed, as they are for the white varieties, and the must is fermented in wooden casks. Because of the fermentation in wood, the wine\u2019s bouquet is more complex. After about a month, the young wine is decanted and remains for another six months in steel, where the malolactic fermentation takes place.<\/p>\n
