Wir verwenden nur reife, handgepfl\u00fcckte Bohnen, die im Schatten in einer H\u00f6he von 1100 bis 2000 Meternwachsen. Aufgrund der gro\u00dfen Temperaturunterschiede zwischen Tag und Nacht reifen die Bohnen langsamer. Dies gibt ihnen einen volleren und s\u00fc\u00dferen Geschmack.
