    Our Rosé 20/26 introduces itself in lucid ruby red, with a fruity bouquet of red berries and cherries with a little pepper in the background. On the palate, the blend renders this wine stimulating and fresh, with elegant drinkability and a fresh, youthful finish. The classical “saignée” method: the must stays in contact with the skins for a short time. Then, the clear, rose-coloured must, with 20° Babo of sugar, is drawn off. No pressing, as usual. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 26°C. Finally, the sugar content as well as the temperature of fermentation give the wine its name.
    Aging: 2-4 years.
    Alcohol: 13,50 % Vol.

Grazie all’incoraggiamento e al sostegno di Edmund Mach, il padre dell’enologia sudtirolese moderna, il Pinot Nero, un vitigno molto esigente, si è rivelato ideale per le fresche isole microclimatiche alpine. Nell’alternarsi di temperature giornaliere mediterranee e raffreddamenti notturni, sui terreni ghiaiosi e ben ventilati di Montagna gli aromi si intensificano, senza peraltro perdere le caratteristiche finezze “borgognoni”.
    Colore rosso rubino luminoso e trasparente, All’olfatto è rappresentato da confetture di ciliegia e lamponi, peonia e sottobosco, insieme a toni speziati di cannella, pepe nero e liquirizia. Al palato è caratterizzato da da una struttura slanciata, pacatamente tannica e ben rispondente al naso, con bocca soggiogata dalla freschezza nella ben dosata persistenza fruttata.

This wine is ruby-red with violet reflections, it tastes of raspberry, redcurrant and small fruits; at first moment into the mouth the perception is softness, together with a slightly peppery sensation with fine tannins and an important testing persistence. Following the company style the balance between all the components of this wine gives to the wine a great ease to drink.
    Harvest in little cases at the end of October. Maturation and malo-lactic fermentation in French barriques from 12 to 15 months. Bottling follows the extraction from the barriques in few months, and then bottles lie in the vinery until the end of the organoleptic panel.

    Lagrein, one of the three grape varieties of Alto Adige, is a deep and intense red, which in certain years tends towards violet tones. Its bouquet is very intense and broad, running from ripe red fruits to violets, to spicy notes of fresh grass and cocoa. On the palate it seduces with its decisive personality, its solid and velvety tannins and its enjoyable full bodiedness, ending with a long and enveloping finale. The wine can be drunk young; aging in the bottle however makes it rounder and more harmonious.
    After having been carefully selected in the field, the grapes are delicately separated from their stems and fermented in open vats. To avoid the excessive extraction of tannins, during the wine-making process the must are not excessively pumped over the marc. After the fermentation the wine is racked into barriques where the malolactic fermentation takes place and the wine ages for 15 months. Finally it is aged in the bottle for a few months.

    Pinot Nero Trentino DOC Vigna Tratta di Maso Grener: siamo a Pressano, sulle Colline Avisiane, paese situato lungo la Strada del Vino nei pressi di Lavis, zona storica della vitienologia trentina.

    E’ un Pinot Nero 100%, colore rosso diafano; al naso è fine e dolce con sentori di spezie, rosa e ciliegie; in bocca è rinfrescante e vellutato, il gusto fragrante ricorda i piccoli frutti di bosco.

    Raccolte a mano, pigiatura direttamente nei tini di legno da 500 litri, aperti nella parte superiore, per permettere le operazioni di follatura. Macerazione breve di 5 giorni e succesiva fermentazione condotta in barriques di rovere dove è avvenuta anche la fermentazione malolattica e l’affinamento per 15 mesi circa

    Temperatura di servizio: 16° – 18° C.

    Pinot Nero Rosé has a light cherry red colour. The fresh and fruity bouquet opens with notes of red berries, cherries and raspberries, to end on herbal notes and a hint of cocoa. On the palate it amazes with its fresh acidity, long sapidity and inviting, refreshing finale. After destemming, the grapes are pressed, as they are for the white varieties, and the must is fermented in wooden casks. Because of the fermentation in wood, the wine’s bouquet is more complex. After about a month, the young wine is decanted and remains for another six months in steel, where the malolactic fermentation takes place.
